Jul 24, 2019 Update 8 for Adobe RoboHelp (2019 release) introduces a new “frameless” layout and a new skin, introduces support for JavaScript-based Scripting, and a completely revamped “Special Characters/Symbols” browser. Update 8 also brings many fixes and enhancements in areas such as authoring, publishing, and stability. Adobe RoboHelp is a program used for publishing help, policy, and knowledge base content. It is used by technical writers to create help files for a variety of applications. Unlike many Adobe products, RoboHelp is not part of the Creative Cloud. In my (previous) career as technical writer, I was an authority on Adobe RoboHelp. I have been an Adobe Community Professional for many years. This title is an acknowlegdement of my expertise by Adobe. My specialties in RoboHelp were scripting and HTML5. Due to career choices, I no longer keep up to date with Adobe RoboHelp and I do not offer.
