The custom games are probably the coolest things about Reforged because within one game you get to play hundreds if not thousands of other games.
If you like tower defense genre then Warcraft 3 is probably the place to go because the game offers probably the best tower defense maps.
Frozen Throne was the last warcraft update for a very long time and in 2020 finally, we got another update of warcraft called Warcraft 3 Reforged.
Now, this was supposed to be just the same game but with new graphics but still personally to me it was enough to jump on board.
Many people are comparing the graphics between the old and the new Warcraft.

What’s the price of Warcraft 3 Reforged?
The current price of Warcraft 3 Reforged is 29 Euro.
There is also an additional version that costs 39 Euro but I don’t see much of a reason for that upgrade.
Now let’s talk about who are the best Warcraft 3 Reforged custom maps.
The way I judge who is the best is simply by looking at what are people playing the most since I am playing on a daily basis.
1. Legion TD Reforged
Legion is the game that I personally play the most in Warcraft 3 Reforged and from what I’ve seen there are plenty of people playing it too.
Legion TD has a steeping learning curve and it’s not the most beginner-friendly map but it’s definitely one of the most addictive ones.
One of the best things about Legion TD is that it’s a PVP map and it doesn’t really have an end in which you defeat the last wave and you win like on some of the other tower defense maps.
Legion TD is a 4 vs 4 map and it’s really fun to play with friends.
2. Green TD & Green TD Circle
If you want a map with a minimum learning curve that you can have quickly with, then Green TD is a great choice.
Green TD is a map where you build towers on certain places for that and you gotta hold on to 3 types of waves, the normal, the immune and the air, also at the end comes a 4’th boss waves.
Green Circle is essentially a modification of Green TD where the players have to not overpass a certain amount of creeps.
3. Angel Arena
If there is a map that describes the world imbalanced that is Angel Arena.
Angel Arena is a map that is very beloved by many including myself and one of the funniest things in it is to overpower your character to a ridiculous degree, a point where you can one-shot others.
It’s a map that earns its spot on the list easily.
4. Element TD
Another classic map from the old Warcraft is Element TD and this is a map that impresses with the variety of towers that you can build.
The main idea of Element TD is that you can combine different elements such as Fire, Water, Darkness, Light and Nature into combinations of towers.
You can combine Fire and Water or Water and Nature, or any of the others so you can get a tower that is a combination of the two elements.
5. X-Hero Siege
X-Hero Siege was one of the all-time classics in the classic warcraft and now it’s back in full force with Reforged.
It’s a pretty simple concept you pick a hero and you gotta hold waves, after a certain amount of developing your character you get to continue with fighting bosses.
It is a really cool game, the only con of it is that once you finish it doesn’t get updated and it’s hard to convince yourself to play it again.
Starcraft 2
6. Castle Fight
Castle Fight has some similarities to Legion TD, the goal of the game is to send units that will destroy the enemy team.
The difference is that you build buildings that are sending the creeps after a certain amount of time.
7. Troll vs Elves
Trolls vs Elves is a map that gained popularity later than the others and it was trending at one point but for some reason, people started to back away from it a little bit.
Often either the troll or the elves get a too big advantage and the game becomes a bit imbalanced which makes players leave it.
But if you wanna play long games then Trolls vs Elves is a good warcraft 3 reforged map for that.
